Natural Health Clinic, LLC in Lihue, on the island of Kauai was a Naturopathic Clinic serving the natural health care and Chinese medicine needs of the people of the Hawaiian Islands, both residents and visitors, since 1981.
Started in 1981 by Dr. Steve Dubey, N.D., L.Ac., and Dr. Catherine Downey, N.D., the Clinic has grown to include several other practitioners, and offered a variety of natural health services and modalities.
It is with tremendous gratitude to the people of Kauai and others who have been friends and patients of Natural Health Clinic, that we announce our transformation.
As of December 1st, 2025, we commence our moving on and transition.
Dr. Miles Greenberg and Dr. Zack Allan have moved to a different location in Lihue. They can be reached at their cell phone numbers or by searching the internet for their upcoming practice locations.

through some HMSA plans - Others as well - including some Kaiser plans

- Workman's Compensation (no referral needed)
- Auto Insurance (no referral needed)
- Veterans Administration (VA) patients accepted by referral from the VA clinic
